1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the use and processing of personal data of Users of the website available at: sklep.majestyskis.pl.

2. This Privacy Policy applies to all websites and online services, mobile applications, as well as social media accounts managed by the Majesty brand (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service" or "Services").

Processing of Personal Data

1. The administrator of the personal data of the Service Users is "MJST" sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia, at Wendy 15 Street (81-341), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the District Court of Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk under KRS No. 0000122302, with NIP 5850000785, REGON 00284413300000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

2. The protection of private information regarding the Users of the Services is a priority for the Administrator. Therefore, the Administrator makes every effort to ensure that Users can feel free and safe while using the Services.

3. This Privacy Policy covers all private information, including the personal data of Users, that is collected and processed via the Services.

To properly provide the services available within the Services, the Administrator processes the following personal data of the Users: first name, last name, gender, residential and shipping addresses, bank account number, email address, IP address, NIP (for VAT invoice requests), and phone number.

While using the Services, the Administrator also collects information about the User's device to ensure the proper functioning of services: the computer's IP address, information contained in cookies or similar technologies, session data, browser data, device information, activity on the website (including subpages), and geolocation data (if the User consents). Geolocation information is used to provide more tailored product and service offers.

6. The Administrator processes the personal data of Users to allow them to use all functionalities available on the Services. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but failure to provide data or consent to its processing will prevent the use of some functions of the Service, such as entering into and fulfilling a sales contract via the online store. To process orders placed via the online store, the Administrator uses third-party services:

   - Dotpay Sp. z o.o. (for payments via dotpay.pl),

   - PayPo sp. z o.o. (for payments via PayPo),

   - Stripe (for payments via Stripe).

   - UPS Polska Sp. z o.o.,

   - InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o.

Providing personal data to third-party entities collaborating with the Administrator is solely for the purpose of fulfilling the placed order and is done in compliance with data protection laws. The Administrator does not sell Users' personal data to third parties.

During the registration or ordering process in the online store, you may consent to the use of your data for promotional and marketing purposes by providing your email address and checking the appropriate form. Rights Regarding Personal Data Processing

1. In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, every User has the right to:

   - access their personal data,

   - request the correction of their personal data,

   - request the restriction of their personal data processing,

   - request the deletion of their personal data (unless the Administrator is legally obliged to process it),

   - transfer their personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and request the direct transfer to another administrator, if technically feasible.

2. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe their personal data is being processed in violation of data protection laws.

Cookies

1. The Administrator uses cookies ("cookies"). Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the User's device for the use of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the originating website, their storage duration on the device, and a unique number.

Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HotJar

1. For statistical and analytical purposes, the Administrator uses Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and HotJar. These tools allow the Administrator to gather information about traffic on the Service, basic demographic data, and more. Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel also enable creating aggregate interest reports. This data is statistical in nature and cannot be linked to specific users or IP addresses.
