MAJESTY was born in the High Tatra Mountains where skiing and adventure are the elements of the air we breathe.
We are an independent ski company driven by skiers who push innovation and artist inspired product design. We handcraft skis and design accessories for serious ski adventurers and winter sports buffs.
We stand for outstanding craftsmanship, high quality engineering, innovative construction and original top sheet artwork.
From the start, Majesty was heavily influenced by a century old tradition of off-piste skiing practiced in the Tatra Mountains in southern Poland.
At the time when most brands where focused on carving on-piste skiing, we wanted to create alternatives for those who wanted to go their own ways, exploring and defining themselves by freedom and adventure.
From the first prototype we designed we have always believed that skis should be versatile with all-round performance and most importantly, they needed to be fun.
We started as a freeski oriented brand but very quickly developed our freeride and touring segments, which are now our main focus.
With our passion for modern, sustainable ski building and customer value we believe that our backcountry DNA makes skiing more exciting.
THE PROCESS
MAJESTY SKIS are handcrafted at our factory in Southern Poland
While a variety of equipment is used during the manufacturing process (including hydraulic presses, bending and edging machines), the process as a whole is not automated.
The human factor is paramount, and the unique character of each pair of Majesty skis is shaped by skillful handwork and meticulous finishing touches.
Our skis stand out not only for their graphic allure but also for their design aimed at providing skiers with maximum comfort and joy.
high temperature pressing
Majesty skis undergo a precision process of high-temperature pressing, creating initial tension within the ski structure. Each layer of components—topsheet, fiberglass, titanal/carbon, wooden core, texstolite plates, bases, ABS sidewalls, and edges—is meticulously fused using resin and infused with accumulated pre-stress energy.
Ready-made product that comes out of hydraulic press is reactive and full of pop.
Engeneered woodcores wrapped with fiberglass and carbon maintain designed shape and provide long-lasting flex and responsiveness.
Our skis are literally infused with energy, and you can distinctly feel the difference when skiing on MAJESTY.
